Your plan offers help managing mental health with the support of a licensed therapist.** Meet virtually — by phone or video — for support for stress, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout and other mental health problems.

Your therapist will conduct an in-depth assessment and then meet with you each week to help work through your emotions as part of a tailored treatment program. The therapist can recommend self-paced digital activities including guided meditation and breathing exercises to practice between weekly sessions and build your coping skills. The therapist can also help you find extra care if needed.
